Young carers - education and training

Studying at school or college or thinking about a job or career can be difficult for young carers. 

Thinking about and planning your future is very important and you can get lots of free, confidential advice to help you do this. 

If you are worried about being short of cash to learn, you may be able to get help with an Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) to help you stay on at school or college after you are 16.
