How to find us

Multimap directions to the carers' centre

We are on the corner of Cowley Road and Bullingdon Road, near the Cowley Road Tesco, and opposite the Hobgoblin pub. There is one disabled parking space in front of the centre.  There is also a pay and display car park behind Tesco.  You can get a bus (1 or 5) from the City Centre or Templar's Square, Cowley.

What do we do?

If you are a carer living or working in Oxford city, we are here to help you.

All carers are different, so we try to be as flexible as possible and offer support in the ways which suit each person best.

We help carers with:

  • information
  • help with practical tasks (such as filling in benefit forms)
  • support at difficult times
  • contact with other carers
  • advocacy

These services are free and confidential

We also offer:

  • regular groups where carers can meet
  • days out
  • courses for carers

We have a number of schemes designed to help carers to take a break, or to make their lives a bit easier.

We are open Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.  Call us, make an appointment, or drop in.  We can visit you in your home if you’d find this easier.
